Jeff followed God’s call to Trinity in 1995. He received degrees in Business and Economics and Religious Studies from Westmont College in Santa Barbara. He earned a Masters of Divinity at Fuller Theological Seminary. Jeff has been married to his amazing wife Niki since 1995. They have two children, Zach and Emily, and a retired Seeing Eye dog named Joey. Jeff loves delving into the Bible, trekking through the wilderness, playing games with the family and rooting for the Angels. Jeff seeks to live out the reality of God’s Kingdom in the midst of brokenness. He is passionate about discipling the emerging generation and equipping the church to following Jesus in every sphere of life.

Ashley Sparks first came to Trinity as a young child. After being involved in Children's choirs and Jr. High and High school group she went to the University of Kansas. Ashley graduated with a degree in Human Development and Family Life in 1995. After staying home with her 3 children for 10 years Ashley returned to work as the Children's Director at Trinity in 2007. Ashley's passion for children and healthy families encourages her each day to strive to make Trinity a place where children and their families can feel at home.

Katie graduated from Vanguard University with her degree in Religion with an emphasis in Pastoral Leadership. She has been working on staff at Trinity for the past three years as an intern for the children’s department, the high school intern, and then the high school ministry coordinator under Jeff Wagner. She recently became the Director of High School ministry and has a deep passion for God and our youth. Katie is looking forward to each new season of life as well as ministry and is excited for the ways that God is moving on Trinity’s campus.
