Just as the Good Samaritan demonstrated in practical ways how to ‘love your neighbor as yourself’, the Samaritan Care Center seeks to offer practical assistance to those in need.

The Samaritan Care Center offers:

Prayer
Hospital and home-bound visitation
Emergency meals and supplies
Equipment such as wheelchairs, walkers, shower chairs, crutches
Phone calls and cards offering care and support
Transportation for worship service or doctor’s appointments
The Trinity Family Prayer List
Home Communion
Prayer partners for our church
Community referrals
Parish Nurse
